The RED ADMIRAL 36 is a design from 1978 by HOLMAN and PYE and was the basis for participation in the FASTNET RACE 1979. 22 yachts were built in the period 1979 – 1984 of which only 1 yacht participated in the Fastnet race 1979. The cause was serious delays in the construction of the yachts.
In addition to the racing qualities, this yacht is also excellent for fast cruising in any sailing area. The yacht has stable sea conditions and is interesting for those who want to cruise In- and Offshore.
